1908-1913 aral\u0131\u011f\u0131 Osmanl\u0131 \u0130mparatorlu\u011fu a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan hem sosyal hem de siyasal anlamda ciddi de\u011fi\u015fim ve d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcmlerin ya\u015fand\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir s\u00fcre\u00e7tir. 1908’de Makedonya’da ba\u015flayan halk hareketi neticesinde yeniden il\u00e2n edilen H\u00fcrriyet ve y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe konulan anayasa \u0130mparatorlu\u011fun ayakta kalmas\u0131, kalabilmesi i\u00e7in \u0130mparatorluk b\u00fcnyesindeki siyasalla\u015fm\u0131\u015f b\u00fct\u00fcn unsurlar\u0131n destekledikleri geli\u015fmelerdir. Ancak H\u00fcrriyet’in \u0130l\u00e2n\u0131’ndan k\u0131sa bir s\u00fcre sonra s\u00f6z konusu unsurlar\u0131n her birinin bu geli\u015fmelerden anlad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n farkl\u0131 oldu\u011fu anla\u015f\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Di\u011fer taraftan, ilgin\u00e7 bir \u015fekilde, 1908-1913 aral\u0131\u011f\u0131 genellikle \u0130ttihat ve Terakki’nin kesin iktidar d\u00f6nemi olarak de\u011ferlendirilirken ger\u00e7e\u011fin bundan \u00e7ok farkl\u0131 olmas\u0131d\u0131r. Sina Ak\u015fin’in Vesayet Rejimi \u015feklindeki de\u011ferlendirmesi de bu ba\u011flamda ger\u00e7ekle tam \u00f6rt\u00fc\u015fmemektedir. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
